The new paradise: the two secret and wild coves of Xàbia

May 29 from 2022 - 06: 24

Xàbia, in its 25 kilometers of coastline, has more than a total of 13 coves or beaches along its entire coast. Its location, its views and of course, its crystal clear waters, make these corners be attracted by thousands of tourists and visitors every year.

Currently, of the dozen coves or beaches, two of them are closed to the public due to the danger of landslides: the Cala Tangó y Cala Ambolo. But outside the officiality of this list there are two others: 'In Calo' and the newly discovered and baptized as 'Cala Paradis'.

Next you have an index with all the points that we are going to deal with.

The new coves of Xàbia

The recently discovered coves, both virgin and paradisiacal, are only accessible by sea. Its publicity, through social networks, has made these two wild and exotic spaces become the new visitor attraction of the town, although its difficult access prevents overcrowding.

in Caló

The one known as Cala En Calo, located behind a large rock, is already a regular spot for thousands of bathers. Its access is only by sea, which makes its arrival even more special. Diving through the large rock, or rowing or swimming around it are the only options to access it and the one chosen by each of the bathers to enter the wild area and discover this charming corner first-hand.

Location

This small space is between the Cala Granadella and the Cap de la Nao, just below the Ambolo viewpoint.

Cala Paradis

To the wonderful cove En Caló, which looks like one from Indonesia, joins the recently discovered and until now secret, Cala Paradís. Created naturally, as a result of the temporary Gloria (January 2020), the recently baptized Cala Paradís becomes the paradise of that hellish episode of damage that Xàbia suffered.

The Gloria storm caused great damage throughout the first line of the sea. The Arenal Beach and its promenade, the promenade of the Grava beach and dozens of businesses suffered many damages. But from that horrific storm this exotic and secret place was born.

Location

Located between the Cap Negre and Punta Plana, Cala Paradís only has access by sea and for sure, it is the attraction to visit this imminent summer season.

please remove the locations, they do not benefit anyone, only those who want to exploit the coastline with excursions and degrade everything, flora and fauna,,,,,, and nothing secret, in summer they have become marine circuses,,

  2. Natalia says:

Totally true… fear of next summer…
and watch out for those who decide to go to the secret cove; secret has nothing! If you manage to swim among the boats, canoes, motorcycles, paddle surfs, divers, etc... you'll be happy...

  3. Juan says:

The objective of the article is to appear first in google and have three hundred million visits for having written it. And so to say that they are the most read.

  4. Pep says:

This man of the commentary has said exactly what I was going to say, which is what I came in for, so I make his words my own.

  5. Javier says:

What is the purpose of publishing this information, with the specific location of Google maps to facilitate the massive arrival of more people to the last fairly virgin points of the coast? Do the editors/journalists of xabia.com feel any need to contribute to the complete destruction of the coastline? Do they feel any satisfaction knowing that they are contributing to the destruction of the very few places that are still clean and quiet thanks to their complete indications? this is incomprehensible
