Like many clubs and nautical entities of the Valencian Region, the Club Náutico Jávea joined the day Open Sea, organized by the Sailing Federation of the Comunitat Valenciana. An activity in which all citizens were invited to participate in the large sports center that is the sea of
scheduled sports activities.
The initiative, as in previous editions, had the massive participation of the people, since there were a total of 159 people who enjoyed this wide range of nautical sports.
For free, attendees were able to see the facilities of the Javea Yacht Club as well as the different sports disciplines. They enjoyed sailing boat rides, also in the llaut of the rowing section, as well as windsurfing or paddle surfing.
In addition, visitors received information about the summer courses organized by the club to promote sailing among young people, courses in which respect for the marine environment and awareness of the environment are one of the fundamental parts.
