The Quintà 2018 prepares the beginning of its festivities with the act of presentation

The first act to be held, before the June dates for the start of Les Fogueres de Sant Joan, is that of the Presentation of Quintos. A Gala event, which as tradition, takes place in the Carrasco salons. After dinner, the parade of fifths begins, dressed in their best evening dresses, begins to feel the arrival of their year of parties.

A total of 570 people accompanied the Quintà L'Esclafit, Festa i Enfit. The attention was focused, in addition to the festeros, on the young representatives of Xàbia throughout the year: The new queen of Fogueres, Marta Arnal and her ladies, Carmen Cholbi and Laura Ros.

Hundreds of relatives and friends attended this social evening in which the presidents of the Quintà, Itziar Espasa and Rubén Bisquert, who were sheltered by the mayor, José Chulvi, councilman Festival, Antonio Miragall, and the Fogueres Commission.
