The hall of the Javea Town Hall It has been filled with a party today. Representatives festeras of Les Fogueres de Sant Joan 2019 with their families and municipal authorities have presented the program and book of celebrations, one of the first acts that mark the proximity of the festive dates.
The president of the Festival Commission of Fogueres, Lola Ivars, has pointed out the novelties of this year: "We highlight a night of bulls, in total there are four afternoons and one night. Among the bullfighting sessions, one afternoon we dedicate it to the Trimmers Contest, with the best of the Valencian Community, which will be followed by the successful Grand Prix event."
Ivars has also detailed that this year the Paella Contest is held, at night, in the bullring, "The offering comes out again from Thiviers, since we liked the way the parade was and Rondalles and the Theater return to the Church Square."
Acts for all ages
Both the president of the Commission and the councilman Festival, Antonio Miragall, have remarked that this 2019 has focused the program in reaching all audiences. The party councilor made mention of the Charangas Contest, "Every year it attracts more people and is a real success.
