The spokeswoman of the Popular Party of Xàbia, Tere Ern, presented in the plenary session of Thursday, a motion on the proposal of the Territorial Action Plan of the Green Infrastructure of the Valencian Coast (PATIVEL) in which he urges the Consell to propose a resolution.
The motion, which was unanimously approved by all the councilors, requests that all the PATIVEL cartography be corrected and a more detailed, reduced and precise cartography be used, which makes it possible to see, study and verify the real affections in their entirety. Also, the PP requests that the processing of the PATIVEL be suspended until there is no correction of the cartography.
The Popular Party asks in the motion that a report of economic sustainability and the mandatory economic-financial study be incorporated into PATIVEL. Likewise, they also ask that an investment plan be included with budgetary appropriation to encourage and encourage the care and recovery of the spaces that Xàbia aims to protect.
Another of the requests is that an economic provision be incorporated to promote and encourage the care of coastal protected areas, especially for La granadella. Also, that the PATIVEL respects the determinations of our municipal planning, since otherwise, it could generate a lot of compensation.
And finally, once the corrected and detailed cartography, an economic sustainability report is requested, and a new process of consultations and information is initiated for three months so that there can be a participation of all social stakeholders.
