The first official date that will open the festivities of the Mare de Déu del Loreto de Xàbia will be this coming Saturday with the presentation of the festivities and their main protagonists this year. Documentary to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the festivities

Already the weekend, the sport will have great weight in the programming. A children's fishing contest, rowing challenges, pilota, ping pong, the Peña la Bufa cycling trophy or the popular race from Caleta to the port that has been organized by this festive group for 39 years.
On Sunday, the atmosphere of the clubs will also begin to be noticed with a parade in the morning and in the afternoon, the boys and girls have a special act with the awarding of the prizes of the Dionís Henarejos Crespo drawing contest (at 19:00 p.m. in Lepanto Avenue) and then a children's show TOYS for the entire family.
The sainete will close the weekend Deixa'm the donut Pepet (22:00 p.m. Av Lepanto), performed by the commission's group Tot Rist and on Monday (also at 22:00 p.m. on Av Lepanto) the humor will continue with the musical starring the commission.
Bous to the sea and the baret
One of the most popular dates of the Loreto festivities are the Bous a la Mar and his famous baret, which opens on Wednesday, August 31 at 12:00 p.m. and will be the epicenter of the party until Monday, September 5.
Remember that this year, the Festival Committee will commemorate the 125th anniversary of these festivities, so there will be special events such as a commemorative parade (August 30) in which the representatives of the festival's history will be the protagonists.
