The Alicante company Blinker, specialists in solving any of the professional needs, made a donation of 3.000 euros through its foundation to reforest the granadella.
Its general director, Juan Carlos Valero, Mayor of Xàbia, José ChulviThe Councilor for the Environment, Doris Courcelles and a group of workers and families made a symbolic plantation. Thanks to the donation, 3 hectares have been reforested with 1844 plantlets of species such as mastic, carob, palms, olive trees, olive, carob and Cartagena cypress.
From the company they said that it was a day "to connect with nature and become aware of the care of our environment." In addition, Chulvi delivered a copy of the book of Villa de Xàbia.
This action is framed within the campaign of the company, Planting Future in which they support different causes and is open to all who want to collaborate. The reforestation of the natural area of Granadella, ravaged by flames in September 2016, was the first action Blinker has taken.
