Red Cross rescuers Jávea recover the pulse of a diver who was unconscious

On the morning of Friday, around the 11: 30 hours, the Red Cross Jávea rescuers who were providing surveillance service in the Arenal Beach They spotted a boat that was entering at full speed the Canal de la Fontana to try to revive a diver of 69 years.

The rescuers quickly activated the drowning protocol. They jumped into the boat at the dock and transferred it to shore. From the first moment they put the defibrillator with which they have at the aid station and the rescue team and the ambulance crew on the beach took part in the resuscitation.

At the 10 minutes the SAMU was incorporated into the resuscitation maneuvers, which was performing an assistance at the Villanaranjos hotel.

After the 12 in the morning, after performing for about 30 minutes resuscitation, rescuers and health personnel managed to find a pulse. Subsequently, the SAMU moved the diver with a reserved prognosis to the Dénia hospital.
