A young man, 25 years old, has been injured defending his girlfriend in a pub in the Arenal Beach from Xàbia. The events occurred last February when a young man, known by the victim's partner, began to bother the young woman by touching her hair. Her boyfriend asks the boy to leave her and that is when the attack begins. They push her and try to hit her, although at first she dodges it.
Immediately afterwards, another friend of the aggressor enters the fight, punching the girl's boyfriend in the jaw, causing the double fracture. The victim cannot defend himself and several young people begin to attack him, causing him to fall to the ground where they continue to kick and hit him and he loses consciousness in a short space of time.
The girlfriend tries to mediate the attack and is also attacked. Finally, the young man is helped by a third person and the security people at the leisure venue. After being helped, he was taken to the health center for his care, although he was transferred to the San Juan Hospital in Alicante where he was admitted for several days and underwent surgery.
Now, after being discharged from the Hospital, they have decided to file a complaint, although with fear of being attacked again.
