"Xàbia has shown that it wants a change." This was the assessment of the PP candidate from Xàbia after learning the results of the municipal elections. Results that fill the Popular Party with joy and pride because they have achieved the largest number of councilors in all of their municipal politics.
«There have been a total of eight councilors obtained and this makes us very happy. My team has worked and there are the results. We have spoken, and people have listened to us and placed their trust in us," Cardona added.
The mayor of Xàbia said that "the fact that the residents of Xàbia want a change is something important and that must be taken into account." Cardona also wanted to thank all the people for their dedication on election day so that everything was correct: polling station staff, representatives, members, Local Police and Civil Guard, "everyone has been at the foot of the canyon and delivering a day to the people and of course to the citizens, who despite the rainy day that has started, have come to participate.
The popular candidate pointed out that the future government should be considered. And it is that, the recount has been close, leaving a moment of nerves between the two most voted forces. The difference in votes between PSOE and PP is 34 votes, which has given the Socialists one more councilor (9), but not an absolute majority.

Well, I don't know what change this lady sees if the Pp has won everywhere and in Jávea the socialist Cholvi has won the elections again.
We don't just want change, WE NEED IT! I wish more people would have gone to vote so that the one who promises and does not deliver is finally replaced, because Jávea needs people who want to work in the government. Congratulations to the PP for his great achievement!
