We Xàbia calls for the withdrawal of a tree considered dangerous for road safety

August 13 from 2016 - 00: 00

The Círculo Podemos Xábia has requested the removal of a tree that they consider dangerous for road safety. In the letter they have sent by check-in to the Javea Town Hall, Request that the issue be moved from the place it now occupies in the overseas Avenue.

Ultramar tree on the Avenue

The tree is planted on the sidewalk of the avenue up to the number 85 has grown so much that has clearly invaded the roadway. If a strong wind is the possibility that fell onto the road. This poses a danger to vehicles, drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists and even pedestrians.

From Podemos they can request in their instance that other streets and avenues be checked if there are other trees that are in the same circumstances.

I do not know what is more dangerous the EX-tree or the trunk felled in half that they have left as a souvenir. It is a pity that you do not allow the possibility of sending you a photo of its current state ... Total one tree plus one less tree who cares ... And politicians fixing our lives ...

Podemos has as a «political project» that they remove a tree. Great, what a great job. Congratulations guys, now to rest, I imagine you will be exhausted with all the paperwork and the management and the colloquium talks and the meringue milk… Go fabric.

For the first time in my life I agree with Podemos. The truth is that the poor tree has grown strangely and, indeed, it can be dangerous. If you could transplant to a place where it does not get in the way, great. But do not cut it, please! In Jávea there is an amazing lack of shade trees (except in some streets). But I would like that both Podemos and the other parties PREVENT that in the works that are now taking place on the right bank, entering from the sea, from the Canal de la Fontana (Canal Norte Street), destroy and start the spectacular palm trees that have grown over more than 20 years, as they have done with the left bank (Calle Canal Sur), leaving, yes, some sidewalks in which anyone who wants to take a walk in that area will be burned. And there is also a beautiful poplar. When the Canal Sur Street works began, I thought that they would respect the palm trees so much, that on that side they were much smaller than those on Canal Norte Street, like a bush of oleanders that gave glory to see it. No, they were ripped out without any consideration and the possibility of transplanting them was not even taken into account. Now that's a desert of cement and tiles. A disgust Let's see where those ecologists and defenders of animals and plants are! I already know that I cry out in the desert, in the desert in which the streets Canal Norte and Canal Sur have turned!
And thank you very much for the comments on the bottle and garbage. But I get the feeling that they do not read these comments neither in the Town Hall nor the official responsible.
