The councilor of Duanes, Marta Bañuls, has established a fixed schedule of direct attention to citizens. It will be every first Monday of the month, from 18 pm to 20 pm, at the Duanes Library and Social Center (located at Calle Botànic Cavanilles 17 next to the ambulatory).
As indicated by the councilor, will be available to speak in person with anyone who has a problem related to the neighborhood and although not essential pre-arrange an appointment, yes priority to the book will be given. This procedure can be done via e mail marta.banuls@ajxabia.org, an email that acts as a virtual mailbox for citizens to convey their concerns, ideas or problems.
Bañuls has indicated that it is advisable to contact first by email and move a little the subject of consultation so that, if it is necessary, she can obtain the necessary documentation.
The neighborhood councils is one of the novelties of this term in the Javea Town Hall to help make the administration more agile and next, as well as to neighborhood associations or residents always have the same contact person, favoring a more fluid and direct relationship.
