The newly created Regional Executive Commission of PSPV-PSOE Marina Alta held its first meeting, this past Saturday, in the Vall d'Ebo where they unanimously approved the proposal of their secretary of equality and socialist Xavi, Montserrat Villaverde, to join as an organization 8M Manifesto Together We Are More and give support to the feminist strike.
The choice of location responds to the intention to remember the figure of the former mayor of the municipality, Rafa Llodrà and pay tribute to him, as already announced the secretary general of the organization, Óscar Mengual, during the Primary campaign for which he was elected.
The secretary general of the Executive, Óscar Mengual, defined the meeting as "A morning of debate, work and in which we put forward many ideas to carry out the next months, always with an eye on, especially, in the smallest towns" .
On the other hand, the Executive agreed that the next meeting will be held next April 14 in Pego, remembering the Republic and taking as a witness the values of freedom and equality that the fighters for democracy left behind.
