The candidate for mayor of Xàbia and spokesperson for the popular, Rosa Cardona, and the councilor, Enrique Escrivá, have issued a joint statement announcing the signing of Escrivá for the project that will be headed by the leader of the popular in Xàbia, facing the next elections on May 28.
Escrivá has confessed to feeling "enthusiastic and wanting to be one more part of the project led by Rosa Cardona in Xàbia, based on planning, management and working side by side with the neighbors, so that Xàbia recovers its best image "with Rosa as Mayor , from minute one of the next legislature”.
Escrivá, who has shared opposition along with the popular ones these years, has indicated that "it is time to join forces with the common purpose of improving Xàbia, and that the work we have carried out as colleagues on the opposition bench, we culminate as teammates very soon, led by Rosa Cardona until the Xàbia Mayor's Office ”.
For her part, Rosa Cardona, has affirmed that with the incorporation of Escrivá, "the union of the center right in Xàbia is consolidated, and we demonstrate, once again, that the doors of the Popular Party are open to a project of Xàbia in which we all fit”.
Regarding the incorporation of the mayor, the popular candidate has indicated that "we really wanted him to join", and added that, "more than positions on the list, we have shared our vision and project to
