The popular party presented, in the plenary session celebrated on Thursday night, a motion requesting an extension of 15 more days of the public information period of the General Structural Plan due to the substantial changes that "surprisingly they are not presented claims", according to the popular ones.
From the popular ranks consider that 20 days are insufficient considering the secrecy with which these changes have taken. The Councilor for Urbanism, Isabel Bolufer, said she is not satisfied with secrecy, "The law says that it is 20 days of public exposure and sectoral meetings have been held. It is enough time and we will vote against it", finished Bolufer.
The spokesman of the PP, Juanjo García, was surprised that much urban land was part of a PRI (Internal Reform Plan), "Large companies will come from outside and those from home will have to go outside".
In response to this question, Isabel pointed out that "Now it is still undeveloped urban land, all the execution units have joined in an ARI (Internal Reform Area)". But Garcia insisted that "With these large units, local people will not be able to execute them".
The councilor, Vicente Colomer, requested that a meeting be convened and the mayor said that all the political groups and associations will meet to study the allegations. The popular motion did not prosper, that only had the endorsement of the two councilmen of the PP, Juan Lu Cardona, Óscar Antón y Juan Ortolá.
