The City Council of Benitatxell delivers school agendas to the students of the Santa María Magdalena CEIP

With the return to school, the CEIP Santa María Magdalena in El Poble Nou de Benitatxell has started the school year with 290 students enrolled, a higher figure than in the previous year, being 208 primary and 82 infants. Together with the beginning of the course, one more year, the Town hall Poblero has edited the school agenda for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Published in Valencian and customized for the CEIP Santa María Magdalena, includes an explanatory dossier on the
life of women inventors, as well as information about seasonal fruits and curious facts about nature and the human body. In total, 225 agendas have been distributed, with which the consistory hopes that, this gift, effectively fulfills its role of liaison between the school and families and that it is a tool more at the service of the education of schoolchildren.

Recall that the school continues with the implementation of the continuous day, so that the classes will be concentrated in nine to two hours, although there will be a program of extracurricular activities prepared by the Department of Education, by Myra van 't Hoff , for those students who leave later.

In addition, the public school incorporates the PLC program, Plurilingual Education Program, for children of 3 years. For what the Program is taught Plurilingual d'Ensenyament in Valencià (PPEV) and the Program Plurilingüe d'Ensenyament en Castellà (PPEC).

With respect to the teaching staff, the center is made up of 25 teachers, offers an orientation service two days a week and the director of the center is Pepa López and the Head of Studies, Pere Cardona.
