Council has allocated more than 2 million euros this year in Xàbia

Deputy proximity of the Popular Party, Jaime Lloret, visited this morning Xàbia which announced investments in the city thanks to the financial contribution from Council. Accompanied by the popular council, Tere Ern y Juanjo García, Lloret has indicated that only in Xàbia, in 2016 have been allocated 2,3 million euros, "which means 70 euros per inhabitant"Says Lloret. In addition, the deputy has indicated that 2015 and 2016 investment of the county council in the town has been 3.6 million euros.

The provincial deputy said that the more than two million euros 812.000 plans were for provincial cooperation and works and 205.000 euros for financially sustainable Investment Plan for full reform of Avenida Jaume I. In other games, 268.000 euros have been invested in the provincial road network serving the town, and 629.000 Firefighters.

Jaime Lloret has also highlighted the investment made in different groups as they are 35.000 euros for youth and sport activities, 10.000 euros for Music to l'estiu, 40.000 euros for social welfare, being 16.000 euros for home care. In addition, the deputy noted that other items have been allocated to sports organizations such as tennis club, Pilota, rhythmic gymnastics, colombicultura, etc.

In education, the council has invested 75.000 euros in the Program xarxa Llibres for families of schoolchildren who benefit of free books.

2017 investments

Before this visit, Jaime Lloret has reported that "As a deputy of proximity, and responsible for the Marina Alta, I will visit all the municipalities of the region to learn about the needs of each municipality in the face of 2017 and provide a better quality of life."
