The spokesperson for Ciudadanos Xàbia, Enrique Escrivá has proposed that from Town hall programs are developed to reconcile work and family life, as is the case of the initiative of 'open patios' that has been launched in other municipalities around us. This initiative consists of opening the playgrounds of a school every Saturday, offering play center activities and educational revitalization, coordinated by
professionals in the field, for children and adolescents up to 14 years old.
An initiative, with a double benefit, both for parents and children, who thus continue with their socialization and learning of values. Faced with this fact, Escrivá has asked the Councilor for Education to "transfer this proposal to the Consell dels Xiquets, to work on it one on one with the boys and girls and thus be able to adapt it as much as possible to their needs and concerns, as the main protagonists who are of this type of initiative”, especially when, as a result of the success of the Consell dels Xiquets' participation in projects such as the Freginal children's park, they have expressly requested that their criteria be counted on and that they continue to be consulted on more projects that affect them directly.
