The Socialist group in the Diputación de Alicante has presented a battery of amendments to the draft budget of the council. The amendments, as has thus explained José Chulvi "ostensibly improve the proposal of the government team, by placing the focus on creating jobs and helping municipalities".
The proposal includes a package main bet nine plans social emergency aid, including notably, by the amount of investment -3 million euros, destined to the Employment Plan for vulnerable groups, youth and 45 years older.
"From the Diputación, and in collaboration with the city councils and the Generalitat Valenciana, we have the duty to fight to help those who have the hardest time to access a job, and that is done with employment plans endowed with sufficient funds"Chulvi affirmed.
It also includes among the social emergency aid plans, the incorporation of subsidies for town halls aimed at implementing plans for the reintegration of women victims of gender violence; to alleviate energy poverty; another one for aids to the rent of housings for young people and to social rents, as well as for helps destined to the maintenance of scholastic dining rooms in summer period or no lectivo.
Equally the socialist proposal also contemplates the inclusion in the budget of the Provincial Council of subsidies to the municipalities destined to the accomplishment of extracurricular activities on the part of the AMPAS, as well as for aids in order to cover expenses of university enrollment, transport bonus and study material for university students.
The amendments tabled reach 4.565.000 euros
Similarly, the amendment proposes registered approval of a Provincial Plan, financially sustainable, Municipal Investments whose amount corresponds to the 50% of the amount of the remainder of this year 2015.

The goal remains the creation of jobs, in addition to generating infrastructure and enhance sustainable development opportunities for municipalities"Socialist spokesman has advanced.
the implementation of a plan for drafting the Master Plans for Urban municipalities of less than 5.000 inhabitants are also included; a conservation plan, restoration and rehabilitation of historic and artistic municipalities in the province Heritage, as well as for drafting studies and implementation of plans for prevention of occupational hazards of buildings and municipal offices.
In total, the Socialists propose budget amendments incorporating reaching 4.565.000 euros, so that the proposal includes the reduction or elimination of amounts in other budget presented by the team's governing Popular Party.
On the other hand, the Socialist spokesman was critical therefore "the forms"As"times"Used by the government team regarding the presentation and discussion of the budget for the year 2016.
For Chulvi, the fact that the draft budget has been presented "haste to approve it before the end of the year"It is a clear sample of the"paralysis"Which has been mired Alicante Provincial Council since its inception.
