And because of this interest that the owners have, this government, before anything is processed, has taken it to the Consell d'Urbanisme, so that it can be explained, known, given an opinion and positioned on the viability or not of this PAI for our municipality, a PAI that is included in the urban planning regulations.
Since the current government is managing the urban planning department, it is through the Consell d'Urbanisme, and for the knowledge of all the residents of Xàbia, where the important projects and works of our municipality are and will be exhibited, and where they will be consulted before this participation body prior to any administrative procedure. The projects will not be taken to the Consell once they are completed to account for them, as was being done, they will be taken before their administrative processing for debate and knowledge.
Therefore, we reiterate, there is no PAI approved, nor in process, only a citizen consultation has been carried out for debate by the neighbors. There is nothing more than this, but it seems untrue that the PSOE considered that it was not of interest for this land to be developable, because it did not declassify it when it could have done so. In the face of this demagoguery, the government always has transparency, and therefore what we do want to say is that another urban land procedure is being requested that will compact the city, that consolidates and unifies the urban centers and that has a reserve of publicly protected housing of 7.668,50m2t, so urban planning, yes, but with transparency, legality and common sense.
