Although it may not seem like it, seeing a job burn is a symbol of joy. And that is what happened this morning in Xàbia. The monuments of Fogueres made by the oldest of the municipality have burned in flames thus marking a tradition of Les Fogueres de Sant Joan.
As a novelty, the residents of the Cholbi Brothers Asylum have prepared their first monument in 2023, which has set fire with the presence of the festive charges.
Subsequently, the parade of decorated streets took place. Children's Commission, Youth Commission and fifths have toured the streets of the historic center visiting the different decorated streets. The color and originality of each of the details of the decorated items have filled this tour with joy.
At the end, and as is tradition, the residents of the Day Center and the Cremà de su Foguera were visited. Monument that they have made day after day with enthusiasm and desire to fill the festivities with life.
