Social networks are interpersonal communication tools that have been transformed into buying and selling spaces. Knowing their potential and how to use them will help to have them as allies when it comes to increasing sales, attracting and building customer loyalty and improving online communication. This is the main objective of the free course “Sell through social networks” providing Creama Xàbia in collaboration with the Chamber of Alicante, within the 2019 Retail Trade Support Program.
The classes, taught by Gemma Mateos (master's degree in digital marketing and electronic commerce) will begin on October 16, from 14 to 17 hours in the Clot Portal building.
