Last day of «baret de bous» at the end of the season

One of the most important and most striking events at the Mare de Déu de Loreto parties is els bous a la mar, or rather, the "baret dels bous a la mar". Since last Sunday and until today, Thursday, September 4, if not all, almost all the neighbors of Xàbia and hundreds of tourists, visitors and neighbors of the region, have gone through the "baret" to enjoy a very cool beer , accompanied by delicious tapas from the Jávea fish market.

Els bous a la mar have been the protagonists of the party program since last Sunday, but today will be the last day of bullfighting and "baret" events that will close until next year. So, during today's festive day, "La Gran Cagada" organized by Penya La Bufa and Penya La Comuna, will take place at 10:00 h. in the bullfighting venue with popular lunch and go-gó beer for all attendees. Next, the bous session will be held at 12:00 noon.

At 18:45 p.m. the little ones will be able to go out to the ring and fight the carts, in addition, one of them will also be impaled. At 19:30 p.m. the last session of bous will take place at the sea of ​​the season and at the end, the "baret de bous" will be closed by the end of the season.
