The UD Calpe, a team recently promoted to Preferred, has officially confirmed the hiring of Rubén Ortolá, as the new striker. This player formed in the quarry of the CD Jávea, communicated last week, his departure from the club that saw him grow as a player and at 26 years old begin a new adventure.
Ortolá, a member of an important saga in the world of soccer in Xábia, had offers to have landed at Pego CF, CD Dénia and Calvario Benidorm. After studying the offers, he opted to choose the one offered by the team from Villa del Peñón.
In this team led by Pedro Perles, he will meet Vergillos and Michael, two players who shared costumes at CD Jávea with Rubén.
