The collective Charity Union Carousel Javea formed mainly by foreign residents has donated to the Civil Protection group of Xàbia, new material being specifically a bomb and material to install a tank in the new vehicle for the extinction of fires.
The solidarity group, which obtains funds from the sale of second-hand goods, has had this detail with the voluntary group.
The Councilor for Citizen Security and Emergencies, Pepa Gisbert, received on Wednesday representatives of this local charity to thank them for the donation of a material that is very well received by Civil Protection and will serve to have the best means in the case of having to intervene in fires or floods.
