09 March 2020 - 10: 10

New joy for the xabiero athletics to get, Moha Rida Younes, the bronze medal in the test of the 1.500 in the M35 category, in the Championship of Spain of Veterans of Track covered celebrated in Antequera.

Moha did a great test going from less to more. He was for the last 400 meters in the second place but afterwards he could not follow the one who was subsequently champion of Spain, Esteban Milena.

In the last 150 meters, Moha tried to stop the very strong arrival of Aníbal Llamazares, but as soon as there were only 40 meters left for the goal, it happened, so the athlete resident in Xàbia had to settle for third place.

The podium of this race went to Esteban Milena with a mark of 4: 15.09, with which he climbed to the top of the podium. Second place went to Aníbal Llamazares with a record of 4: 16.40 and third place went to Moha Rida Younes, with a mark of 4: 16.80.

There is no doubt that the effort made by Moha Rida in the 10.000 meter test made the previous day took its toll. Moha went for all in the long race and threw the rest. His pace was very strong and he finished the test occupying the sixth place.

In this appointment with popular athletics, Juanra Pous shone again, who hung two gold medals, that of Oliva, Moha Rida's companion, in the ranks of the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium, was the best in the 800 smooth meters and in the 1.500 smooth meters in the category, M35.

Very satisfied was the coach of both, Franc Beneyto who once again has taken his disciples to the best moment, as he has later been endorsed on the track. Beneyto has once again proved to be one of the great coaches Spain has.
