The second edition of BBVA Futures Vila de Xàbia already has finalists, after having played the two semifinals. The Argentine, Marco Trungelliti and the Belgian, Germain Gigounon will fight this Sunday, from the 11: 30 hours, in the central court to get the title of champion.
In the first semifinal, Trungelliti won with more facilities than the Belgian, Kimmer Coppejans by 6 / 3 and 6 / 1, in an hour and a half of play. The Belgian was like the weather, cloudy with ideas and with few lights to stop the best game of the Argentine who, without forcing too much the march, won a fair victory.
Before starting the other semifinal, in the center court of the Jávea Tennis Club, a well-deserved recognition was made to the journalist and tennis announcer, Nacho Calvo, who thanked the expressions of affection received by the audience.
In the second semifinal, the thing was much more equal with the Spaniard Sergio Gutiérrez and with the Belgian, Germain Gigounon. The first set was resolved in a tight tie-break, which fell on the side of Gigounon. In the second sleeve, Gutiérrez continued with a good game but without being able to open a gap on his rival. In the end, the greater poise of Gigounon earned him to take the set and the game by 7 / 5.
