The donation of blood at the Mare de Déu de Loreto festivities has been a classic for years. But last year the members of the Fiesta Commission wanted to go further and extend the time of the donation in order to reach more people. For this reason they decided to carry out the I Blood Donation Marathon with 09 schedule: 30 h. to 14: 00 h. and from 17: 30 h. to 21: 00 h. The event was named after Dionís Henarejos, a member of the Festival Committee who died two years ago and, as he said Juanjo García, President of the Commission, "It was the most commonly involved in charitable causes and more worried about the number of donations".
