The Magi return another year Jávea returning the illusion to large and small

Punctual to its annual meeting, the Three Kings, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar; Jávea reached Monday January 5 aboard a large fishing boat sailed from Levantine coast to bring them to port and that could meet all children in the municipality. Beside them, their royal emissaries, accompanied them carrying presents for the baby Jesus.

The three wise men disembarked and greeted the authorities who were present headed by the Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, councilman Festival, Juan OrtoláThe pastor of Customs, D. Fernando Mañó, and the presidents of the celebrations of Loreto and Fogueres, Juanjo García and Jaime Escudero.

At the fish market awaited them a large retinue of pages formed by estandartistas, flag bearers and bearers of feather fans and other many managers out candy among children. Quickly, the Magi went to their respective xabieras floats willing to travel the city waving and throwing candy to the general public who took to the streets to welcome their Majesties.

On the avenue Jaime I devoted a few words to all attendees, especially the many children gathered there to upload eager to share a few minutes with which they carry so much magic and illusion.

Around 19h, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar were fired from the seaside neighborhood to move towards the Historic Center with all its pages and companions. Placeta del Convent, end point, was packed with people who also awaited the arrival of the Kings. Once again, they returned to target all children and, after spending time with each of them, prepared to begin the distribution of gifts by the municipality with the promise to return next year, and meet all children again.
