Next Thursday, January 2, Duanes de la Mar will receive one of the most special visits of the year. The coming of the Royal Emissaries is the prelude to the arrival of their Majesties of the East and, with them, the conviction of the little ones that, when delivering their letters full of desires, they will reach the very Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar and They will be one step away from coming true.
This aim deserves to be treated with care and dedication, hence the parish of Our Lady of Loreto, the association of merchants of Xàbia Port and the Comisió de Festes Mare de Déu de Loreto turn to celebrate the arrival of the Blue, Red and Emissaries Green that have already become the official mailmen of the marine nucleus of Xàbia.
Starting at 17:30 p.m., children and adults will be able to deliver their letters in the outer square of the parish. Previously, the three Emissaries and their entourage will travel practically throughout the Duanes neighborhood notifying them of their arrival, so that everyone goes out to accompany them and deliver their letters. The Comissió de Festes will sweeten the afternoon distributing chocolate and sweets among all attendees.
