The protagonist of yesterday night, Wednesday, was the Tuna de Xàbia and its traditional Serenade to queens, ladies and presidents of Les Fogueres de Sant Joan 2023. As is tradition, this act took place in the portal of the homes of each of the festive representatives.
At 21:30 p.m., the tuna began to sing in the Portal del Clot before the large audience of the president and the ladies. From there the tour began. In the first place, the roundup was for Adriana Fernández, president of Quintà 2023, who received her President.
Subsequently, the entourage and the neighbors and relatives who were joining to the sound of the music, arrived at the home of the Youth President, Shaila Esquinas, who was also accompanied by her president.
Shaila was followed by Regina Infantil, Júlia Leyda, who was waiting with her family for the arrival of her party companions.
Finally, the visit and serenade to the Regina de la Foguera and Quintà 2023 'A Rebolcons', Arantxa Pons, closed the event.
La Tuna dedicated a few words to each of the representatives and sang the well-known songs and ended with the hymn of Xàbia and Fogueres. The event was attended by the mayor, Rosa Cardona and the Councilor for Fiestas, Mavi Pérez, in addition to the previous councillors, Kika Mata y Rita Berruti, as part of the Festival Committee.
