The image of the Mare de Déu de Loreto left the Duanes de la Mar Parish yesterday to tour, in procession, the streets of the seaside neighborhood. The Virgin was carried by members of the Mare de Déu Festival Commission of Loreto, after many years without doing so, and accompanied by numerous neighbors, representatives of the local festival commissions, municipal authorities and the mayorals of 2023.
Like every year, the procession that puts an end to the seafaring festivals had a large participation. As the Virgin passed through Triana Street, a firecracker was fired and rose petals were thrown in her honor.
After the tour of the urban center, the Virgin returned to the Church, where the Salve was sung and the religious acts of these festivities ended, since the fireworks display was in charge of putting an end to the festivities. Loreto festivities 2023.
