A new edition of the granadella Xàbia Trail starts up. The sports event, organized by the Mountain section of the Club Atletisme Llebeig, will take place on February 5, 2023. In addition, following the line of sustainability and care for the landscape, the organization limits participation to 600 numbers.
Athletes interested in attending this traditional and beautiful race, which takes place around the sea and in an unforgettable setting, can register on mychip starting this Saturday, December 10, at 12:00.
The new edition of Granadella Trail has some novelties: on the one hand, this year La Granadella is the venue for the Autonomous Long Trail Championship of the Valencian Community of the FACV, so the tests qualify for the 2023 Trail Running Absolute Circuit.
For this, the Llebeig Club has prepared two routes for the two tests (both scoring tests for the circuit) that have one more degree of difficulty compared to other editions:
- Sprint Trail: 14,5km 650+
- Trail: 26,4 km 1050+
Another novelty is that it includes the modality promo trail for sub 16, sub 18 and sub 20 categories, also scoring in the circuit. This route will consist of 4,5 km and 200+.

On the other hand, and as has already emerged in other editions, the afternoon before, February 4, at 15:30 p.m., children will also have the opportunity to run down the mountain and enjoy the Mini Trail Granadella version.
Each category will have a route: Barrufet (0,05Km), Pre-Benjamín (0,15Km), Benjamin (0,40Km), Alevín (0,90Km), Children (1,25Km), Cadet (2,50Km) .
