The National Rock Festival, the Montgorock Xàbia Festival, is not only music, but also has a profile of social action. And it is that, from its beginnings, the festival collaborates contributing part of the proceeds with the tickets to a solidary purpose. For two years, the organization has collaborated with the Association of Autistic Disorder of Jávea (Asociación Autismo Jávea).
The Association highlights the great collaboration they receive from the organization of the festival "both economically, giving us tickets for sale, as well as with other resources and allowing us to occupy a space on the premises whose purpose is to give visibility to the work we do as an Association in raising awareness, helping and seeking the quality of life of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as that of their relatives. "
In the last edition, the one of 2017, in which for the first time part of the solidarity benefit was donated to the Autism Association, 2500 euros were obtained, which were destined to the CyL classroom of the College of l'Arenal, which performs specialized therapies to Stimulate the qualities of children with autism.
As indicated by the non-profit group, the 11 and 12 May days will be present, at their stand, at the Montgorock to present their work to all attendees.
