El Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, received the Mayrales of San Francisco de Paula, who made him delivered of the program of celebrations of this year 2019. The main change with respect to the past editions is that the religious celebration and the procession of the image happen to be in the afternoon.
The 4 and 5 will take place in May, being the big day of the festival on Sunday 5 of May. On Sunday, the party will begin at the 18: 15 hours with a parade of the RAS, at 19 hours there will be solemn mass and at 20 hours, the procession of San Francisco de Paula by the usual itinerary. It will close the acts a wine of honor for the assistants, although the novena will continue until the 12 of May.
