Today it was presented at the Town hall from Jávea the XVIII edition of Living Chess, the only festival of national tourist interest in the municipality. This year the person in charge of writing this original script, in which music is the protagonist, has been Álvaro Monfort thanks to an original idea by María Buigues, Both members of the Festival Committee Loreto Mare de Deu de Xàbia. Monfort said that it is not easy to make a fun dynamic history and adapt it to a game of chess and has indicated that the work revolves around rock history with a soundtrack that will dance to the public, although there are many notes towards tolerance and racism.

Rafael Andarias, Director and coordinator of Chess in Jávea, has become how difficult it is to prepare an act of this nature since many people involved, from the chips to mothers, parents and volunteers who are responsible for being in the trials and the costumes and props. However he said that then is very reassuring to see the condensed results within an hour of departure. Although the special guest is not yet confirmed this year the local player is Javier Steven Sánchez, a young 10 years ranked in the Tournament of Sant Joan 2014 Fogueres while the narrator is Vicent Ferrer.
