The closure or seal of five 'alegal' premises in Punta del Arenal already has a date

May 08 from 2022 - 06: 43

Five of the seven stores that are still open in the Punta del Arenal area have already marked the mandatory closing day. Until now, the closure order decreed by the City Council last March due to lack of the mandatory opening license, it has not been fulfilled.

That is why, after the inspections carried out to check if the closure of the premises has been effective, a report has been drawn up, by the Local Police, stating its opening and activity during the days that the subsidiary closure should have been carried out.

Given this breach, the five premises that ignored the closure order have received a new and final municipal notification informing them of the day that the sealing of the premises will take place if they themselves have not done so voluntarily.

As this newsroom has learned, the term granted to carry out the order does not exceed this month of May. Thus, the owners' days are numbered to put an end to this administrative conflict and begin work to improve its deficiencies in order to obtain the correct opening license as soon as possible.

What petty stupidity. Love those bars. Now what new ones opened by the ones with the biggest under the table bid😡😡😡

In the UK do you also open and work without a license or permits or do you reserve that for yourself when you go to live as “expats” in any country with your superior colonialist vision?

This is not news, it does not anticipate anything, it does not specify anything, it does not contribute anything

It seems only the loudspeaker of the municipal propaganda service.

They have done what they have wanted for all these years, and they will continue to do so.

Javea company, you have to register all your workers, and not part-time if they work full-time, since we already know what you have been doing for many years. And for the rest the same, stop stealing from the workers, we're farting!

Going from the bitter, uneducated, racist, rude and completely stupid of always here in this forum above and trying to see reason you have to ask yourself, why don't they simply make the modifications so that they get the licenses, or am I the only one asking this and just looking for more trouble?

    • IgnacioG says:

Moving on from their insults and contempt for the rest of the users, they have been asking for the modifications for a long time and they don't do them because they don't feel like it. Now that's being rude as well as being a scammer. Look at that of believing that you are the only one who asks things, in addition to rudely insulting people looking for confrontation and problems. Try to express yourself without disrespecting others, demonstrating in this healthy way that you have been well educated by your parents.

Why do you use the term "illegitimate"? It is incorrect, the correct one is ILLEGAL. The situation of the premises is illegal not alegal. Is there not a regularization for this type of business that is skipping it? That is precisely why they are being closed. Now it turns out that there is no regularization, no laws, no permits, no licenses, no health inspections, or anything for bars, restaurants, nightclubs… Come on, gentlemen, where are you sweeping?

  7. Vecino says:

They would have to negotiate with them and reach an agreement, the most reasonable plan would be to leave them open while they fix the problems within a certain period, if that does not happen then proceed to close them, you know that office and paperwork things in Jávea are very slow , at least I know that I also have something similar with a license, but the fault is not mine but the incompetence of the managers of the City Council who have been fighting for the license for years but the delays and the lack of personnel complicate life and I see that it does not arrive, but little by little it will arrive.

    • IgnacioG says:

I don't think that delays or lack of staff are the reasons why the bureaucracy is slow. It depends on who they go very fast for and it depends on what they are very "flexible" for and turn a blind eye whenever it is an economic advantage. As for the excuse of "lack of staff" but if they have all the family, friends and clappers plugged in, how are they going to lack staff.

They only do it quickly for their friends, family and acquaintances from the terreta, that is, from their beloved Xàbia. Proof of this is that they want to close La Siesta as its owner is a foreigner and they do not say anything to Montgo Di Bongo, which is attached to La Siesta, and its owner is from the locality, what a coincidence, then they say that it is due to an illegal reform. that was done in La Siesta, then that reform be undone and now, why close? And then they say it's I don't know what the law of costs is and that law doesn't affect the other or what?

And what about Restaurant Tangó? With their rude ways and obstructing a right of way, they renew their concession and allow works that annul the possibility of ever having a beach there. But since they are from the town…

If instead of being civil servants they were private companies, another song would be.
