The 125th anniversary of the Loreto festivities kicks off with a tribute to the presidents and the presentation of foremen

August 28 from 2022 - 01: 53

The 2022 Mare de Déu del Loreto de Xàbia festivities, in which it celebrates its 125th anniversary, have been officially inaugurated with the Mayorales and Mayoralesas presentation act. The event that opened the doors to the party program took place last night on Avenida Lepanto.

The presentation of the mayorales and mayoralesas, protagonists of this year, was supported by hundreds of people. The event, presented by Álvaro Monfort and Leticia Bisquert, began with a performance by the four local tenors, the voices of the Il Divo quartet and live music by Marinae Ensemble.

Next, the foremen of this 2022 were presented to the public: Ana Sivera Sala, Julián Torres Aguilera, Francisco Cruañes Vañó, Carolina Marín Cholbi, Mabel Ivars Sánchez, María José Escrivá Cholbi, Francisco Marín Cholbi and Pilar Miralles García.

After presiding over the stage and being called the highest municipal representatives, a small tribute was paid to those who have been presidents, have been part of the Comissió de Festes Mare de Déu de Loreto and who have worked to carry forward the history of the parties: Ismael Doménech, Antonio Pérez, Vicente Gavilá Pérez, José Cardona, Paco Bueno, Alfredo Berenguer, Pepe Mata, Juan Bautista Crespo, Vicente Gavilá Cholbi, Clara Sapena and Juanjo García. From there, the emotional representation of the origin and seafaring fervor of the Mare de Déu de Loreto was born.

The act continued with the presentation of the smallest and the new members who join the Commission of the Mare de Déu de Loreto.

To finish, and before the parliaments, a large representation of the festive entities of Xàbia and towns of the region such as Gata de Gorgos or El Poble Nou de Benitatxell took the stage to congratulate the mayorales.
The presentation concluded with the intervention of the president of the Commission, Vicente Gavilá, the Councilor for Fiestas, Kika Mata, as well as the Mayor of Xàbia, José Chulvi, who invited the population to go out into the street and enjoy each of the acts.

The night concluded with the interpretation of the anthem of Valencia by Pepe Mata and the performance of the Montecarlo orchestra.

What a beautiful and lavish performance!! In small theaters like this, money and bellows are gone. Look at them how proud they are with so much brilliance, brilliance and distribution of titles… mayorales, presidents… doctors and graduates are missing… to feel important even if it is only for five days and to be able to look at their neighbors with parish superiority.

I will vote for the political group that knows how to explain to me why festivals, dances and mobile disco can't be from 0:XNUMX p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX a.m. Are there reasons, Mrs. Mata? I am looking forward to your response.
