A computer technician and a senior technician in finance are the two new additions to the staff of the Javea Town Hall. They are two young people, under 30 years, who during a year will perform different tasks in both departments.
Specifically, hired through the employment support plan Alavem Joves Plus which is promoted by the Generalitat Valenciana, the IT technician will perform maintenance tasks for computer systems and software updates, and the superior technique in administration and finance will support the department of commerce, updating the business databases and the census of merchants, as well as administrative tasks.
This plan that manages the Servef It represents an investment for the municipality of 33.573,48 euros, co-financed by the Youth Employment Initiative and the European Social Fund through the Youth Employment Operational Program. The Councilor for Economic Development, Cesc Camprubí, has positively assessed this initiative, which has the collaboration of Creama, since it will allow the City Council of Xàbia to have new professionals to carry out specialized tasks and thus give the opportunity to accumulate work experience.
