El Javea Town Hall has renewed the agreement of economic collaboration with the San Antonio Animal Protection Association (APASA) and that involves a municipal subsidy of 45.880 euros.
Mayor, José Chulvi, and the president of the protection, Mandy Conway signed the agreement in the presence of the Councilor for the Environment, Doris Courcelles.
APASA is a group made up of volunteers who have been in charge for years of collecting the abandoned dogs in the municipality, keeping them in the kennel and attending the call of the Local Police when a dangerous dangerous animal is found. The City Council of Xàbia collaborates with an association that assumes an important service.
