The Repsol Gala, held last night in San Sebastian, made the name of Xàbia vibrate and with it, the one of the Marina Alta region to reward four of the restaurants with the Repsol suns.
In Xàbia, the Bon Amb Restaurant and El Rodat Restaurant get the award, which added to the awards already to his credit, Bon Amb, with chef Alberto Ferruz, is positioned with three Repsol soles and two Michelin stars. In the kitchen of El Rodat, with Nazario Cano as chef, he gets his first Repsol sun that joins the award of the Michelin Star.
But the gastronomic recognition continued to extol this area with the appointment of Audrey's and Beat, two restaurants in Calpe that make their place in haute cuisine, each one getting a Repsol sun.
Audrey's is under the command of chef Rafa Soler, and the Beat, by chef José Manuel Miguel.
