The Department of Economic Dynamization of Xàbia, which directs juanlu cardona, has prepared by the hand of Creama Xàbia a new edition of the Basic Qualification Training Program, with two aspects, that of Commerce Assistant and as a novelty this year one related to Renewable Energies.
The PFCB begins on September 13 and is focused on young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who have not finished their secondary education, may have problems with demotivation, absenteeism or learning difficulties.
There are two job options for these young people, in the commercial sector as Commerce and Operations assistants or Basic Operations in the Assembly and Maintenance of Renewable Energy Facilities. Both programs count
with a grant from the Ministry of Education for a total of 82.340 euros.
Training in Renewable Energies
From the department they have highlighted that the novelty of this course is the realization of the training program of Renewable Energies, unique in the entire Community. A program that was born from the need detected from the job offers managed from the Creama Placement Agency in Xàbia.
The training program also has the collaboration of the municipal company Aguas de Xàbia, Amjasa, which will offer its facilities, machinery and tools for the students.
The two training programs provide these students with an opportunity to access professional training in a different context since it is not taught in an institute, in addition to offering them an opportunity to have a first contact with the business fabric of the town by carrying out Training in Work Centers, in companies and businesses in the town.
As highlighted by the Councilor for Economic Dynamization, Commerce and Creama, Juanlu Cardona, this is the fifth edition of the Commerce Training Program, a program in which all those who have participated "have expressed their satisfaction for having done it."
On the other hand, Cardona has urged the students to take advantage of the different scheduled events of the Christmas and Easter campaigns that the department has prepared in collaboration with the merchant associations as professional practices.
While in the case of the Renewable Energies program, the students will carry out professional practices in Amjasa and in other companies in the Xàbia sector.
Other training courses
In another order of things, for the next three months, Creama Xàbia has the usual programming ready, with training aimed at improving professional qualifications and increasing the language skills of unemployed people registered with the Creama Placement Agency , to obtain professional cards, through courses such as: Handler of phytosanitary products, maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools, food handler, water treatment and operator of forklifts and forklifts.
In addition, in the month of October and November, a new edition of the language courses taught by residents of Xàbia will begin: English, French and German for basic and intermediate levels. A program that is almost 12 years old.
