Hand in hand PlayJove, Xàbia will live a zombie invasion next Saturday 24 in February from the 19 hours. It will be an adventure activity for young people between 12 and 18 years and will last four hours. During the game, participants will have to perform different tests that will take place in the vicinity of PlayJove, specifically, Constitution Square, Marina Alta, Montaner Park and IES Antoni Llidó.
The activity has been scheduled by the Department of Youth of Xàbia by request of the users of the municipal space PlayJove. Titled Zombi Infection: The epidemic has reached Xàbia, the test simulates a zombie invasion and in which players must pass some tests to discover the cure of the virus and survive.
For the realization of the different games, the young people will have an equipment kit delivered by the organization at the beginning of the activity in which the participants will live a simulated story of intrigue and terror in which their wit, physical conditions and mental abilities will be key to successfully completing the mission.
The councilman of Youth, Ximo Segarra has explained that it is a simulation of a live role-playing game, a healthy and fun leisure option for young people, since it is prohibited for players to consume alcohol or violent behavior.
Registrations
Those interested in registering can do so until Friday 23 in February PlayJove. The price is 5 euros and includes the backpack with supplies and the survival kit. Segarra wanted to thank the collaboration of IES Antoni Llidó and the youth group of the Escola de Teatre de Xàbia, as well as the volunteers who will help so that everything goes according to plan.
This is the first experience of Youth with this type of activities but the department is already preparing for after the summer another similar game but aimed at adults.
