This past Saturday, 13 of April, was held in Valencia the provincial of the Championship of Spain Base of Male Artistic Gymnastics in which participated the Club Deportivo Montgó Xàbia with the comxicotetion of six gymnasts. The xabieros participants obtained unbeatable results.
In base 1 (8 years) competed Jasper Cullis that obtained silver in rings, parallel and bar and gold in ground, jump and colt with bow, with these results proclaimed provincial Champion.
In base 3 (11 years) participated: Joan Rojas, Rafa López and Adrián Larrosa. In this category, the busiest in the comxicotetion, the results were:
-Rafa López, second in jump and second in bar, proclaiming himself third provincial.
-Joan Rojas, first on the ground, first in mushroom, second in rings, third in the bar and in the general was Provincial Sub-champion.
-Adrián Larrosa, first in parallel, first in rings, first in a bar, first in jump and second in colt with bow, with these results he was proclaimed provincial champion, taking the three gymnasts of the club xabiero, all the places of the base podium 3 .
In base 4 (12 years) George Swaithes-Abass competed obtaining the following results: Silver in jump and gold in soil, rings, bar, colt with bow and parallel, becoming provincial champion.
In base 5 (13 years) Toni Sart competed and his results were: Second in rings, ground, colt with arcs and parallels and first in jump and bar, proclaiming himself provincial champion.
From the club they thank their coaches, Alejandro Castañeyra, Yamil Castañeyra, Alejandro Gil, Rimma Khairulina and Anouk, and all the children for these magnificent results.
