The success of winter and, above all, of Christmas, is ice skating. In Xàbia, this option will be possible thanks to the commitment and collaboration of the Merchants Association and the Town hall, through the Department of Economic Dynamization.
And, after several years of attempts, the sought-after ice skating rink, although it will be synthetic, will be in the Playa del Arenal from this coming weekend. Specifically, it will be in service from Saturday, December 16 to January 7.
The track will be an incentive to visit this urban center and of course, an ideal complement to the large Christmas market that is also set up in the south parking lot of this beach along with different attractions.
Starting this morning, the assembly of this Christmas event is underway that will fill Christmas in Xàbia with light, life and excitement. Opening hours are yet to be confirmed, but it is known that the market will be open uninterrupted every day. We will expand the information as soon as the details are known.

I think it's great that Jávea has an ice skating rink, we have been coming from Valencia for years and we have only paid taxes for having a second residence here. It was time for the City Council to have these gestures with all the neighbors. I just told my son and my grandchildren are coming for a holiday weekend.
