The works of Tomás Sivera, an artistic painter from Xàbia, once again cover the walls of a new art room. This time it is the Center d'Art Taller Ivars de Benissa, located in Plaza Germans Ivars. An immense place that will house the collections of the xabiero painter, works made with the technique Fumage and that so much success they are giving.
Under the title, Fum air, Tomás Sivera will show attendees his paintings in which the drawing stands out as a dark spot (made with the technique of Fumage) on a polished and shiny surface. These creations, based on Sivera's own ideas, have given him various awards in the last two years in the vast majority of the comxicotetions presented: Honorary Medal at the XVIII Winter Salon in Barcelona (2017), First prize at the XXXV Contest of Painting S.Soria Vila de Benissa (2017), Honorable Mention in the XLI National Painting Contest Vila de Pego (2017), Honorable Mention in the XLII National Painting Contest Vila de Pego (2018), Second prize XXXIX Minicumber Contest Host of the city of Elda (2018), First prize in the XLIII National Painting Contest Vila de Pego (2019) y First prize Dénia Marina in Sculpture (2019).
Collection 'Displacements' and all the works included in the catalog 'Fum air' It can be seen from this Thursday, December 5, at the Center d'Art Workshop Ivars and until January 4. The inauguration will be the same day 5 at 20: 30 hours and the visiting hours during the exhibition month are from Tuesday to Saturday from 18 to 20: 30 hours.
It should be noted that 'Aire de Fum' is the latest catalog edited by Tomás which collects texts from well-known art critics: Román de la Calle, Javier Díaz Guardiola, Horacio Fernández, Nicolás Sánchez Durá, Fuensanta Niñirola.
