All sports gathered in the Freginal area to celebrate 'Dia de l'esport'

Sunday was a day of sports in Xàbia with the celebration of a novel Sport Day which first took place in the sports area of ​​Freginal. Throughout the day they were installed a climbing wall, basketball courts, archery, paddle tennis, football and gymkhana cycling activity that brimmed until evening.

In the street that divides the football field and the sports court all sports entities were installed to offer information on the activities to be carried out during the next campaign. There were the Peña la Marina, Chess Club, Nautical Club, Club Rhythmic G. and CD Jávea.

On the grass of the soccer field there were several activities, exhibitions and workshops of judo, breakdance, rhythmic gymnastics, karate and a small soccer field 3x3. On the sports court there were exhibition and initiation games for handball and skating classes, while on the back a mountain bike circuit and a weight-throwing court were mounted. Finally, professional games and badminton initiation matches were scheduled at the Municipal Ratchet.

The day ended with the awarding of recognition to the young athletes who have stood out during the 2015 / 2016 season.
