At 16: 35 hours there has been a new earthquake in the Marina Alta region, specifically in the town of Teulada. The magnitude has been 2,9 on the Ritcher scale, according to the first assessment of the National Geographic Institute, although about an hour later, the data pointed to magnitude 3. The epicenter has been 10 km deep making itself felt in neighboring municipalities such as Gata de Gorgos, Benitatxell, Xàbia and Dénia.
The intensity of this last tremor, according to the IGN, has been IV in Benissa and intensity III in Xàbia and Pedreguer, and II in Calp, Dénia, Gata de Gorgos, Jalón and Teulada-Moraira.
With this they are already four the earthquakes produced in the last 15 hours in our region.
