A portal specialized in auctions, Escrapalia, has announced the public auction of 51.600 square meters of residential land in Xàbia valued at 3,5 million euros. This land, coming from the liquidation of Reyal Urbis SA, one of the giants of the real estate sector in Spain - in the process of liquidation after failing to reach a refinancing agreement with its creditors - is offered with a significant discount of 63%, placing the Starting price at 1,3 million euros.
The residential land up for auction is located in Partida Benvinguts, in the vicinity of Avenida del Plà, near the Playa del Arenal and is included in the General Structural Plan being processed. The estimated buildable area is 18.800 square meters.
To participate in the auction, interested parties must register for free on the auction portal and make a security deposit of 71.000 euros. This deposit will be refunded if you are not the winner of the bid. The auction will remain open until July 3, offering a wide margin for potential buyers to evaluate the investment and present their offers.
