Siro Piña with his gold medal

The Javiense lived a very intense Sunday afternoon as he played his final "LXIV Spanish Youth Athletics Championship"on the track of the Rey Juan Carlos I sports center in Ciudad Real.

There were many nerves but above all excitement since some athletes had to use themselves thoroughly to achieve the minimum marks required by the Spanish Federation to be in the World Championship that will take place in Cali (Colombia), this happened in the background and mediofondo

Siro Piña scored a great record, as he covered the two laps of the track with a mark of 1: 53. 46 ,. The second classified was Javier Mirón of Athletics Alcoy with a time of 1: 53.53. The third athlete who climbed the podium was Eduardo Romero who entered with a 1 record: 54.00.

The fact is that the Javiense ran the first of the semifinals and finished second, in a race where it was clear that he had not been one hundred percent and had saved strength for the final.

The same happened with Javier Mirón, who in the third semifinal did not work hard and finished with a discrete time. In the final both athletes gave everything they had inside and had a great race.

Siro Piña collects with this title the prize for his daily work and above all his perseverance, showing that reaching the highest is possible as long as things are done as well as they are doing this value of national athletics.
